The Carlton is our entry-level garden room: properly insulated, double-glazed throughout, plaster-ready inside. A real room — not a shed pretending to be one.\n\n100mm insulation in the walls, roof and floor. Double-glazed aluminium-effect French doors and a side window. Wired to Part P with sockets and lights — you're plug-in-ready on day one.
