Azure Garden Buildings ("we", "us") designs, builds and installs timber garden buildings from our workshop and show site at Oldfields of Ombersley, Main Road (A449), Ombersley, Worcestershire, WR9 0JG. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to deliver your building:

• Contact and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, postcode and anything you write in a message. We use these to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and arrange visits or deliveries.
• Configuration details — the model, size and options you choose in our online configurator, so your quote matches what you designed.
• Site photos (optional) — if you choose to upload a photo of where your building will go, we use it solely to advise on access and base preparation.
• Newsletter email — if you subscribe in the footer, we use your email only to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying or emailing us.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (enquiries and quotes), performance of a contract (orders and deliveries), consent (newsletter, optional photos) and legitimate interests (responding to general questions, keeping basic business records).

Enquiries and configurator submissions are stored securely in our website database, hosted by Supabase via our website platform, Lovable. When you type a postcode into the configurator, it is checked against the postcodes.io lookup service to estimate your distance from our show site; only the postcode itself is sent. Our contact page embeds a Google Map, which is loaded from Google and subject to Google's own privacy policy.

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We never sign you up to marketing you didn't ask for.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and, if you buy from us, for as long as we're required to keep sales records. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@azuregardenbuildings.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
